Welcome to MM Travel Agency (M) Sdn Bhd (“MM Travel Agency”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your rental of vehicles from us. By accessing our website, submitting a booking enquiry, making a reservation, or renting a vehicle from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable rental agreement and booking-specific terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or services.
MM Travel Agency provides vehicle rental services for personal mobility, travel, leisure, business, and other permitted purposes.
Our services may include:
Vehicle availability, rental rates, rental periods, delivery options, and applicable charges are subject to confirmation by MM Travel Agency.
2.1 All vehicle listings, photographs, specifications, rental rates, and availability displayed on our website are for reference and may be subject to change.
2.2 Submitting a booking enquiry or selecting a vehicle does not automatically constitute a confirmed reservation.
2.3 A booking is considered confirmed only when MM Travel Agency has accepted the booking and communicated the confirmation details to the customer.
2.4 We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where:

4.1 The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times stated in the confirmed booking or rental agreement.
4.2 Customers are responsible for collecting and returning the vehicle at the agreed location and time, unless delivery or collection arrangements have been separately confirmed.
4.3 Late collection does not automatically extend the rental period or entitle the customer to a reduction in rental charges.
4.4 Requests to extend a rental period must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability and MM Travel Agency’s approval.
4.5 Any approved extension may be subject to additional rental charges and other applicable terms.
5.1 Rental rates will be communicated through our website, quotation, booking confirmation, or other official communication.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, rental rates may not include:
5.3 The customer must make payment according to the payment schedule and methods communicated by MM Travel Agency.
5.4 A security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released. The amount, payment method, refund conditions, and deductions will be communicated to the customer before or during the booking process.
5.5 Where applicable, additional charges may be imposed for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, late return, missing items, or other breaches of the rental agreement.
5.6 All charges are subject to the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, rental agreement, and relevant laws.
6.1 Where a security deposit is required, it is held as security for the customer’s obligations under the rental agreement.
6.2 The deposit may be used to cover amounts properly payable by the customer, including but not limited to:

Unless expressly authorised in writing, the vehicle must not be used:
9.1 Vehicles are provided in a reasonably clean and roadworthy condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
9.2 Customers should inspect the vehicle before use and notify MM Travel Agency of any pre-existing damage or concerns.
9.3 Customers must not carry out repairs, modifications, or alterations to the vehicle without prior approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
9.4 The customer may be responsible for damage, loss, or costs arising from misuse, negligence, prohibited use, unauthorised repairs, or breach of the rental agreement.
9.5 Normal wear and tear will be assessed reasonably by MM Travel Agency.
10.1 In the event of an accident, breakdown, theft, or emergency, the customer must prioritise personal safety and contact the relevant emergency services where necessary.
10.2 The customer must notify MM Travel Agency as soon as reasonably practicable and provide accurate details of the incident.
10.3 Where applicable, the customer must cooperate with police reports, insurance procedures, vehicle recovery arrangements, and other reasonable steps required to manage the incident.
10.4 Customers must not admit liability, agree to settlements, or make commitments on behalf of MM Travel Agency or its insurers without appropriate authorisation, except where required by law.
10.5 Any insurance coverage, exclusions, excess, and customer liability will be subject to the applicable insurance policy and rental agreement.
11.1 The customer is responsible for traffic offences, parking offences, tolls, and other charges incurred during the rental period, where attributable to the customer’s use of the vehicle.
11.2 MM Travel Agency may recover such charges from the customer, together with any reasonable administrative fees where applicable and disclosed.
11.3 Customers must comply with all applicable road traffic laws and regulations.
12.1 Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through the official contact channels provided by MM Travel Agency.
12.2 Any cancellation fees, refund eligibility, or rescheduling conditions will depend on the applicable booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
12.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the agreed refund policy and payment method.
12.4 No refund or compensation will be provided where the customer is unable to use the vehicle due to circumstances attributable to the customer, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.
12.5 MM Travel Agency reserves the right to amend or cancel a booking where necessary due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, operational issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.1 Vehicle delivery and collection may be available in selected areas, subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable charges.
13.2 Delivery locations, delivery fees, collection fees, and operating hours will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.
13.3 The customer must ensure that the delivery or collection location is safe, accessible, and legally suitable for vehicle handover.
13.4 Delivery or collection delays may occur due to traffic, weather, operational circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
13.5 Additional terms may apply to airport delivery, airport collection, after-hours arrangements, or special delivery requests.
14.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.
14.2 However, vehicle availability, pricing, images, specifications, and other information may change without prior notice.
14.3 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
14.4 Website content is provided for general information and does not replace the specific terms of a confirmed booking or rental agreement.
15.1 To the extent permitted by law, MM Travel Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or rental services.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
15.3 Any liability relating to a specific rental will be subject to the applicable rental agreement, insurance terms, and relevant laws.
MM Travel Agency will not be responsible for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, severe weather, accidents, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, system failures, or other unforeseen events.
Personal data collected through our website, booking process, and rental services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MM Travel Agency reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to a confirmed booking will be those communicated or agreed at the time of booking, subject to any lawful updates or changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
